978c9bc759 fix(qb-core): add global CreateUsableItem alias for qs-inventory compatibility 
qs-inventory apelează CreateUsableItem ca funcție globală, dar qb-core definea doar QBCore.Functions.CreateUseableItem (cu 'e'). Adăugat alias global + fix 16 stringuri sparte în items.lua care blocau parsarea.

b2060cfbb2 feat(qb-core): import 153 items din qs-inventory preload + fix duplicates 
- Adaugat 153 iteme noi din qs-inventory preload in qb-core/shared/items.lua
- Categorii: haine, medicale, weapon tints, minerit, casino, trading cards, burger crafting, telefoane colorate
- Eliminat 19 iteme duplicate pre-existente (materiale: steel, copper, glass, plastic, rubber + cryptostick)
- Total final: 552 iteme unice, zero duplicate
- rv-maphold: HasItem foloseste QBCore.Functions.GetPlayerData() nativ
- qs-inventory mutat din [core] in [addons] (ensure dupa qb-core)
- Creat docs/qs-inventory-custom-modifications.md

89070f745b rv-props-tablet add + Loading Edit + qb-target 
- rv-props: prop tableta custom cu logo-ul serverului (prop_rv_tablet)
- 17mov_JobCenter: trigger tableta custom cand playerul este la Job Center
- Loading Screen: logo 320px, texte in romana, accent rosu #cc1133, card info RV
- qb-target: punctul (eye) dublu ca size (8px→16px), hover text rosu #cc1133
- 17mov_JobCenter: GlobalColor #cc1133 (accent mai inchis)
- colors.css: tema Red Valley pe toate NUI-urile (accent, background alb transparent)
- docs: 17mov_Hud API reference complet, server knowledge update
